Building 11 serves as the Tacoma Community College (TCC) campus’s student center, housing dining areas, the campus bookstore, a web cafe, and student government offices.
Stemper AC designed a complete building envelope restoration, including roofing repairs and re-cladding.
The existing stucco cladding and roof areas were failing. Our team designed a watertight envelope system to address the various leaks and was able to successfully work with TCC to achieve a facelift for the building, using a metal cladding system to match the aesthetic of the newer adjacent buildings on campus.
